Nutrient dense foods are the best way to ensure you are getting all of the nutrients that you need. Nutrient density means the amount of nutrients compared to the amount of calories of a given food. Salmon, Kale, seaweed, garlic, liver, egg yolks, blueberries, shellfish and yes…dark chocolate cocoa are all considered food that are full of nutrients.
