If you are not getting 7 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep at night you should consult a physician. Having sleep disturbances according to several studies will direct you to eating more junk food the next day. The frontal cortex of the brain is responsible for self-control and will not function properly if you have been sleep deprived.
