You should be grazing on food all day long, not eating big meals. By eating several small meals throughout the day you decrease the risk of gorging yourself and can help stabilize blood glucose levels. If you are eating small meals, you should also continue to choose the right foods. 5-6 meals consisting of greasy cheeseburgers, pizza and tacos should NOT be on the menu.
