We all make mistakes in life, but its important to stop the cycle of condemnation before it even begins. Try this exercise. Write yourself a letter and jot down the times you’ve helped someone or did something good. Don’t go around condemning yourself and focus on the mistakes or failures you may have experienced in life. Learn to feel good about who you are and accept and approve of yourself.
