Whenever you feel angry, depressed or unmotivated take a walk. It’s a great way to hit the reset button and get back into a positive state of mind. Not only will it help you get over that emotional hump, but it will also help in burning calories. If it’s too cold outside or you don’t have access to a treadmill, try walking laps at your local mall.
