A high diet in calcium may reduce the chances of osteoporosis. Fortified orange juice, soybeans, fortified soymilk, cheese, yogurt, milk, sardines, and dark leafy vegetables like spinach, kale, turnips and collard greens are rich in calcium. You can also consume fortified cereals such as Total, Raisin Bran and corn flakes to increase calcium intake.
